Group Chief Executive Officer Richard K Zirobwa (45) BSc Eng Group Chief Executive Joined the Art Corporation Group in 1989 as Electrical Engineer for MBPM and was then promoted through various positions to his current position. He is also a non-executive director of the Interfresh Holdings Board.

	Group Chief Financial Officer Nomusa Dube (44) BAcc, CA(Z) Group Chief Financial Officer Formerly Chief Financial Officer of Chloride Zimbabwe, a division of Art Corporation.		Group Chief Operating Officer Tapiwa Makombe (40) BSc Eng Group Chief Operating Officer Joined the Group in 1995 as Electrical Engineer for MBPM and was then promoted through various positions to his current position.

	Non-Executive Director Addington B Chinake A practising lawyer and currently Senior Partner at Kantor & Immerman, Legal Practitioners. Appointed to the Art Board with effect from 1 March 2008.		Non-Executive Director Simba A Mangwende (37) BCompt (Hons), CA(Z) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tedco Limited.
