Kadoma Paper Mills

Kadoma Paper Mills, with a staff complement of about 285, is the sole producer of tissue and fine paper products in Zimbabwe and is located in Kadoma, 141km outside the capital city, Harare.  The Mill uses 100% recycled waste paper, which is collected throughout the country.  The waste paper is sorted, graded and then pulped to manufacture different grades of tissue paper.  Clean waste paper is used to produce a premium grade of tissue for toilet rolls.  Economy grade tissue and 35gsm wet strength tissue are then made from the rest of the waste paper.

The tissue mill produces 15 metric tons per day while the fine paper mill averages 28 metric tons per day.
